Services Included

Professional DJ services for contracted duration

MC services and announcements

Sound system, microphones, and basic lighting

Setup and breakdown (requires 2-hour venue access before event)

Venue Requirements

Adequate electrical power (20-amp circuit preferred)

Weather protection for outdoor events

Safe setup area and parking access for equipment

Music and Requests

You may provide "must play" and "do not play" lists

Final music selection at DJ's professional discretion

Inappropriate content requests may be declined

Cancellation Policy-

Liability

General liability insurance carried

Not responsible for power outages, weather, or venue issues

Client responsible for equipment security during event

Equipment damage/theft charges apply

Additional Terms

Overtime rates apply beyond contracted hours

Photography for promotional use (unless declined)

Illinois state law governs this agreement

Contract modifications require written agreement
